Green Living Hoppingen – Tiny House Concept & Digital Experience (2026)

Green Living is a digital presentation of a planned Tiny House village, designed to give potential buyers a clear and immersive understanding of the future project. The aim is to communicate the vision of the development in an accessible and engaging way, allowing visitors to explore both the environment and the individual living spaces before construction begins.

The project visualizes the layout of the village, including the positioning of the Tiny Houses, surrounding landscape and overall atmosphere. Through detailed 3D renderings, visitors can gain a realistic impression of how the area will look and feel once completed. The visual language focuses on clarity and orientation, helping users understand the structure of the site and the relationship between the different elements.

In addition, a 360° walkthrough provides insight into the interior of a Tiny House. This allows potential buyers to experience the spatial layout, proportions and design in an intuitive way. The combination of exterior visualizations and interior exploration supports informed decision-making and helps users imagine living in the space.

The project was created using Twinmotion and Blender for 3D visualization. Immersive content was captured with an Insta360 camera and implemented as an interactive tour using Marzipano. The website was built with Breakdance to ensure a seamless and user-friendly presentation across devices.

Green Living serves as a bridge between concept and reality, offering a transparent and engaging way to present the project. It enables interested users to explore the future development, understand the living concept and consider the opportunity to purchase a plot and a Tiny House within the planned community.
